– The UK delivery time is between 1 – 4 working days, depending on when the order is placed. (See ‘When can I expect delivery?’ for further information).

U.K Bank Holidays may affect delivery times.

– The International delivery time is 10 – 14 working days – additional charges may apply.

(Some countries may take longer depending on their individual Customs rules).

Order between Monday 2p.m and Wednesday 2p.m – receive delivery on Friday

Order between Wednesday 2p.m and Friday 10a.m – receive delivery on Monday

Order between Friday 10a.m and Monday 2p.m – receive delivery on Wednesday

– Please check the sizing guide before ordering to ensure the correct size is selected. This will help avoid any disappointment of the item not fitting and the potential of the size you’re wanting to exchange to being out of stock.

 – A description within each item’s write up will indicate a smaller fit or an oversized fit, to help you choose correctly.

We have a very responsive team, so any changes will be made if possible and providing the alternative item is in stock. However, once your order has been processed though, we’re afraid changes are not able to be made.

Included with your order is a returns/exchanges form that needs to be completed fully and included with any returned items.

– The UltraFlex Online Clothing store operates as a separate business to the UltraFlex Gyms, so as such, anything purchased online would need to be returned in accordance with the Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

– As above, the UltraFlex Online Clothing store operates as a separate business to the UltraFlex Gyms, so as such anything purchased at any of the gyms needs to be returned to that particular gym.

– Any item/s purchased via the UltraFlex Clothing Amazon store must be returned to Amazon, in adherence with and following the Amazon returns policies and procedures. Items for return or exchange cannot be accepted back via the Online store or at any of the UltraFlex Gyms.

– We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, or you can choose PayPal.
