ROSIE HARTE
My name is Rosie Harte, I am 34 years old and a professional female bodybuilder and fitness model/personality. I have been working in the fitness industry for over twelve years. I’ve competed over 18 times, won two British titles and won my pro debut show in Dallas 2016. This allowed me to compete on the Olympia stage, 1 in only 4 other UK women to have gotten to this level in bodybuilding.
I live and work in Yorkshire as a personal trainer. I am also a full-time coach to a variety of male and female athletes and average gym goers throughout the UK. My work helps people to discover a happier and more fulfilled life through healthy nutrition and fitness.
Originally a dancer, I have always been into exercise and motion of the body to create a positive and lifted emotion of the mind. All through my sport looks heavily at the aesthetics of the body to achieve success, my deepest passion is to teach people the importance of a healthy mind, body and soul to reach their full potential.

JOHN HODGSON
John Hodgson is regarded as one of the most successful & consistent bodybuilders ever to have competed from the UK. John is a 3 x UKBFF British Champion and former IFBB Professional who has competed alongside every Mr Olympia from when he turned Professional these being: Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson, Phil Heath and many other amazing professional athletes from around the world.
John’s meticulous attention to detail, simplistic non-nonsense and sheer ruthless hard work approach ensured he always turned up in amazing contest shape earning him the nickname by his fellow bodybuilding peers “Mr Condition”.
John is a no-frills, totally honest upfront human being who knows and has proven beyond any doubt what it takes to succeed as a bodybuilder. When it comes to training with brutal intensity & getting the job done, he is your man!
John takes no prisoners, either you want it or you don’t. If you think you train hard, think again because until you have trained with John Hodgson the likelihood is you haven’t even scratched the surface.

ANITA TRYC
I have always lived an active lifestyle in one way or another, from sailing to running, biking and swimming the list goes on. Along the way I discovered weight training which I initially did at home until I out grew my home weights and joined the local gym. As my passion for weight training grew it went from being a hobby to a lifestyle which inevitably led to bodybuilding!
Main bodybuilding competitions:
*2nd at UKBFF Leeds Qualifier 2015 & qualified for the British Championships
*2nd place at UKBFF Maxxmuscle qualifier 2016 & an invite to the British Championships

LIAM WINTERBOTTOM
Hi I’m Liam, I’m passionate about fitness and living a healthy balanced lifestyle. After training for 5 years I decided to challenge myself and compete in my first bodybuilding show in 2015 and haven’t looked back since. Competing has taught me hard work, discipline and self-sacrifice and has helped me to move my passion for fitness into a full time profession. I’m now offering personal training services at Ultra Flex to anyone looking to take their training, health and wellbeing to the next level

JAYMAL DICKINSON
My personal training sessions include weight training, from novice to advanced or boxing pad sessions which can be utilised to either technique or fat loss.
I pride myself on my knowledge on nutrition and my attention to detail when it comes to training. I have a very successful record of achieving desired results. I expect nothing but 100% from my clients.

BECCA SMITH
Battling with my own health issues a few years ago, I pursued a career in health & fitness as I wanted to use my personal experiences to help others work towards their own goals. Weight training has massively improved not only my physical but mental well being. I’ve gone onto developing a website – coaching a wide range of women worldwide and compete in bikini fitness. I pride myself on the level of support, commitment and motivation I give to each and every one of my clients whether their goal is fat loss, getting stronger, stepping on stage or simply improving their health.
